Is the design fee really flat?
Yes. 490 dollars per trip regardless of budget or length. We take the standard supplier commission on top, which is why the negotiated rates usually cover the fee.
When do I pay?
The design fee is charged when you accept your quote. The trip itself is split into two installments, the second one due 30 days before departure.
What if I do not like the quote?
The design fee is refundable within 14 days of your first quote as long as we have not booked anything for you.
Do you mark up hotels?
No. You see the supplier rate we secured. Our income is the flat fee plus the commission the supplier pays any agency.
Do you sell placement to hotels?
Never. Every hotel recommendation ships with the reason it was chosen, and no property can pay to move up your list.
