Terms of Service
What Mera is
Mera Travels designs trips and books them on your behalf as an agent for the airlines, hotels, operators and guides who provide them. Their own terms apply to the services they deliver.
Your account
You need to be 18 or older to hold an account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Quotes and prices
Every price is in US dollars. A quote is held for the period stated on it, usually seven days. Supplier prices can move before a booking is confirmed, and we will always tell you before anything is charged.
Payment
A deposit confirms your trip. The balance is due on the schedule shown on your payment plan. Missing a scheduled payment can cause a supplier to release your booking.
Changes and cancellations
The design fee is refundable within 14 days of your first quote if you have not asked us to book anything. After booking, each supplier cancellation policy applies and is listed on your quote.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for the design work and the bookings we make. We are not responsible for events outside our control, such as weather, strikes or border closures, though we will help you re-plan around them.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can close an account that is used fraudulently or abusively, and we will refund anything already paid for services not yet delivered.
