Tell your designer first
Message your designer from the trip page rather than contacting hotels yourself. Changing one leg often has knock-on effects across transfers and permits.
What changes usually cost
Mera never charges a change fee. What you pay is whatever the supplier charges, quoted to you in writing before we action anything.
- Adding a traveller: usually a room rate difference only
- Moving dates: supplier dependent, often free more than 60 days out
- Changing route: may affect flight fare rules and permits
