The schedule
A deposit confirms the trip. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Both amounts and dates appear on your payment plan before you accept a quote.
Methods
Card, bank transfer, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. Bank transfers take up to two working days to clear, so allow for that near a deadline.
A missed payment
We chase you before any supplier does. If a balance is late, some suppliers can release a room or a permit, which is the one situation where a delay can cost you the booking.
