How planning works, step by step
From the first paragraph you type to the quote landing in your inbox.

One: your brief
Describe the trip in plain language. Dates, rough budget, who is coming, what you want to avoid. One paragraph is enough and the planner asks for whatever is missing.
Two: the draft
In about 40 seconds you get a day-by-day plan, hotels with the reason each one was chosen, and a budget breakdown in US dollars. This is a draft, not a quote, and nothing is held.
Three: the designer
A senior designer reviews the draft against what they know on the ground, swaps what does not work, negotiates rates and sends a quote. This usually takes under 24 hours.
Four: booking
You accept the quote, pay the deposit, and the designer books everything. Documents land in your trip wallet as each confirmation comes in.
