Lost or delayed luggage

The first hour matters more than anything you do later.

At the airport

File the report before you leave the baggage hall and photograph the reference. A claim without that reference is very hard to win.

We will move essentials to your first hotel, chase the airline daily and adjust your first day so you are not sitting in an airport.
