Deleting your account and exporting your data
What gets deleted, what we have to keep and how long it takes.

Exporting first
Ask for an export before you delete. You get your trips, itineraries, messages and documents as one archive, usually within 48 hours.
What deletion removes
Your profile, saved itineraries, preferences, messages and uploaded documents.
What we must keep
Financial records for completed trips, for seven years, because tax and supplier rules require it. These are locked down and not used for anything else.
