Resetting your password
How the reset link works and why it expires so quickly.

Requesting a link
Use the forgot password link on the sign in screen. If the address belongs to an account, a reset link is emailed to it. We show the same confirmation either way so the form cannot be used to check whether someone has an account.
The link expires in 30 minutes
It is single use. Once you set a new password the link stops working and every other device is signed out.
Nothing arrived
Check spam, then request a second link. If two attempts fail, contact support and we will verify you another way.
