Access is limited to your designer and the suppliers who legally need them.

The access list
The designer on your trip, a named backup, and any supplier legally required to hold the document for a booking. Every access is logged against a person.
Storage
Documents are encrypted at rest and deleted 90 days after your trip ends unless you ask us to keep them for the next one.
